What is a Digital Code

On the WuWei platform, a digital code (also called a redeem code) is a unique code you can use to unlock courses, packages, or VIP access.

You can distribute these codes directly to learners or even sell them on marketplaces like Amazon, just like other e-commerce products.

How to Generate Digital Codes (Admin)

1. Log in to the Admin Panel
2. Navigate to Marketing → Digital Code Manager → Add Code
3. Select the product type (e.g., Course)
4. Choose the specific Course / Package / VIP
5. Enter the quantity of codes to generate
6. Click Submit

Tip: You can download the generated codes anytime using the Export feature.

How to Redeem Digital Codes (User)

1. Log in to your WuWei account
2. Go to User Center → My Digital Codes
3. Enter your code in the input field
4. Click Redeem to apply the code
