This Commercial Software License Agreement ("Agreement​") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) ("Licensee​") and Koogua Software ("Licensor​") for the licensed use of the WuWei LMS (Pro) software ("Software​").

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to payment of the applicable license fees and compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on the number of servers/domains specified in your purchase.
• Modify the Software for your own internal use or for customization for your own clients.

2. License Restrictions

Licensee ​may not​:

1. Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the Software (modified or unmodified) publicly available without written permission from Licensor.
2. Use the Software on more servers or domains than licensed.
3. Remove or obscure any copyright notices from the Software.
4. Claim ownership of the Software, even if modified.

3. Ownership

The Software is ​licensed, not sold​. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with Licensor. Modifications you make are owned by you, but the underlying Software remains Licensor’s property.

4. License Term & Termination

• This license is effective until terminated.
• Licensor may terminate the license if Licensee breaches this Agreement.
• Upon termination, Licensee must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

5. Support & Updates

• Support and updates are provided as per the terms of your purchase.
• Modifications you make are not covered under Licensor’s support.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of ​China Jurisdiction​.
